Precious Metals Management:
The price of brazing alloys can change on a daily basis due to the fluctuations in metals markets. Wolverine Joining Technologies eliminates daily price fluctuations due to silver by offering a Deferred Silver Sales Contract. A Deferred Silver Sales Contract fixes the price of silver for a set period of time and is designed to allow our customers to establish standard pricing methodologies, reduce the impact of Purchase Price Variances, and eliminate the constant need to update Purchase Orders to reflect market conditions.
Inventory Management:
Our comprehensive Inventory Management System supports our ability to ship most orders within 2 days. With a firm commitment, Wolverine Joining Technologies can establish inventory stock points in our warehouse to support fast, dependable delivery and unexpected product demand.
Technical Support:
Process Audits: Wolverine Joining Technologies trained technicians can audit your existing brazing processes for recommendations on cost savings. We review the “what and how” alloys are used, brazing techniques and process conditions employed in your operations, then issue a formal report of our findings. The report also serves as a post-audit checklist for follow-up.
Brazing Training:
Usually preceded by a Process Audit (not required), our Brazing Training Seminar is conducted at your facility to complement the actual environment of your operations. The seminar focuses on the basic elements of brazing and can be customized to meet the customer’s specific needs. The seminar can be supplemented with a “Train the Trainer” program should you decide to establish your own in-house training program.
