SILVASMITH™ alloys are used extensively for joining sterling silver in jewelry applications. The alloy composition is often selected to provide a close color match with sterling, and to permit the process of step brazing. SILVASMITH alloys have good ductility and are sometimes used to join copper and copper alloys, which will be drawn or worked after brazing. Available in wire, rod, strip and preforms.
